We provide a two-year warranty on every Moon Dog object. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

What the warranty covers

We stand behind the build quality and durability of our products. Within two years of receiving the goods, we remedy material and workmanship defects by repairing or replacing the affected object.

What is not covered

Not covered are normal signs of use, the natural development of leather and textile over time, and damage from improper use, accidents, or lack of care. You'll find notes on proper care on every product page.

Relationship to statutory warranty rights

This warranty is a voluntary benefit and does not limit your statutory warranty rights. Those apply independently of this warranty and continue to exist.
